The fourth training event for instructors took place with n. 20 instructors and educators from different institutions on December 4, 2023, in a two-hour in-person event.
The objective was to present the objectives of the INOV ICT project, underlining the key steps of the gamified design thinking approach.
The presentation focused on the possibility of creating innovation in the classroom by encouraging students to use creativity and highly complex problem-solving skills.
In particular, the methodology phases were presented, such as team building, problem discovery, empathy, ideation, prototyping and testing.
Afterwards, the INOV ICT platform was shown, introducing its main features and their use in implementing the project methodology through practical scenarios already used with the students.
Finally, a discussion group was organised to collect feedback and comments on the current use of the methodology and tools developed during the three years of the project and on their integration into the training programs.
