In order to complete the internal evaluation activities, the ICT_INOV project will select an external evaluator to monitor the implementation of the project activities and the results obtained, in accordance with the objectives of the project logical framework.
The objective of the external evaluation is to assess the progress and success of the activities in the different WPs in accordance with the project indicators and to promote actions to improve the overall effectiveness of the results. The evaluator/expert will analyze and interpret the data collected to define the achievement of the results and weaknesses, document the state of the art of all the planned activities and provide any recommendations to the partners.
